In the beginning of this movie, Brolli lands in a saiyan space pod on Earth. Goten, Videl, and Chibi Trunks are collecting the dragonballs. They arrive to get the sixth dragonball, which is located in a village. The villagers are getting ready to sacrifice a little girl to a giant monster that has been terrorizing them and their village. Videl convinces the priest to let her take the girls place, and br sacrificed.

Trunks, Videl, and Goten are hiding in a big pot next to the monster's prepared food. Trunks grabs an apple from a big collection of food. Goten is very hungry and he goes to get an apple aswell but, Videl slaps him, causing him to cry. The crying wakes up Brolli, who thinks that Goten is Kakarotto (Goku). The monster eventually comes, which looks like a giant dinosaur/ dragon. Goten and Trunks fool around with it and eventually knock it out.

After defeating the monster, the townspeople are cooking slices of the monster, thanking Videl, Goten, and Trunks. In return, they want a sorceror's necklace which has a dragonball on it. That night, there are a series of rumbles. It starts to get really bad in the morning, so Videl goes to investigate. Brolli, sure enough, is the source of the earthquakes, and he attacks her. Brolli easily defeats her. Soon after Goten and Trunks arrive.

Brolli attacks them next and while he is beating them around, Goten sees the last dragonball . He gets Trunks to create a diversion while he gets the dragonball. As Trunks hides from Brolli, Goten eventually gets the dragonball and attempts to summon Shenron. Unfortunatley, he has forgotten how. Eventually, Gohan arrives to help in the fight.

Gohan gets beat up alot as well. He lures Brolli into a sea of magma and before Gohan is overrun by the magma, Krillin saves Gohan who is dressed like Piccolo! Brolli comes back, out of the magma with a shield. He knocks Krillin out and goes for Gohan. Videl comes back and attempts to save Gohan, but fails. Gohan gets out of Brolli's grasp and fires at him, ending up in an energy blast tug of war.

Goten eventually joins in and as they try to push back Brolli's blast, Goten wishes for Shenron to help them. Then it seems as if Goku arrives, telling them to try harder to save their planet. Goku helps them with their blasting and it still seems as if Brolli's winning. Trunks gets up and throws a small blast at Brolli, which doesn't hit him, but blows up a distance away. This distracts Brolli, and is all they need in order to destroy him. They all fire at him and their blasts over-whelms him, sending him away from the earth and into the sun.

When its all over......Krillin is left all alone beaten, hurt, and asking for help!
